The price is between $75 to $300 USD or more, it will depend on the complexity of the commission. I do not have an example right now, but I will put it in here shortly.

Line Drawing $ 20 USD

B&W Drawing at least $ 50 USD.

add one character add at least $ 25 USD (it will depend on how many space does it have in the picture.)
add background. add around $ 10~50 (depend on the complexity of the commission)

Full color at least $ 100 USD.

full body add $ 50 USD.
add character add at least $ 30 USD. (it will depend on how many space does it have in the picture.)
add background at least $ 50 USD. (depend on the complexity of the commission)

Work Process:

1. Discuss work contents and price.
2. Rough sketches for first approval.
3. Upon approval, please pay half of the price to my Paypal in advance before I start to work on the commission.
4. When the artwork is complete, I will send you a small version of the complete work with watermark for final approval.
5. If you are happy with it, please pay the rest of the payment to my Paypal and I will send you the complete work in its original resolution using TIFF format.
